I am many years in this business, owner of private practise as certified physiotherapist. I decided to finish with this business, because Im moving abroad. This ambulance is well established as a Brand wich runs on the same address approximately 28 years.
In healing, Im using modern magnetic devices and main
differences between other devices that heal based on magnetic resonance waves, and this, is using of low frequencies, and patients can stay longer in the unit cause its not harmfull. The therapy is created and adjusted according to the type of disease, meaning it can be reduced to increase strength and amplitude of the wave, with note that this is a machine that has a low frequency, withought electronic radiation like other appliances, which are at a high frequency.
This is quite an innocuous form of treatment, and there are no other contraindications, except for people who have a pacemaker, and also autistic patients can not be treated.
All other patients who have a metal or other artificiall elements in the body, are free to use this therapy due to the low frequency and no harmful side effects.
Ambulance is also equipped for all types of massage.
Static table for examination, megatoscopes for viewing X-ray images, furniture, leather sofas in the waiting room for the elderly, work desk, and other things we need for the job.
This cind of therapy changes the physical therapy, which we now have in the hospitals, so we can treat more than 50 diagnosis, it is fully computerized technology with two separated capsules, and with that, we can receive aprox. 20 patients in one day (8 working hours).
This is the only, this cind of therapy in Croatia. Other similar devices are with high frequency, and without computerized system, with limited therapy skills, unlike ours, where patients can be quite a time, until the treatment shows results.
Percentage of healing and regeneration of cartilage and bone, and other diseases is between 70 and 100% healing.

Apatment also have access to the garden, that is the only access to that plot, for which I got the papers to use, and possibility to buy it.
In the moment, apartment is conticipated as working and living space. Entrance, waiting room, bathroom with tub and 2 toilets, 2 ambulances (one big with all equipment, the other small for consultations), kitchen and bedroom with exit to the garden.
It is in a good condition, all instalations are new, but it needs some esthethic interventios like painting etc.
